Step 1: Go to our website:

Step 2: Click “Calendar of Courses

Step 3: Select your course(s)

Click the calendar to view courses in a particular month in the year of your choice, or you can click the link “View All Courses 2007”, "View All Courses 2008".

Step 4: Register for your course(s)

  • For the course you are interested in, click the button “Online Registration” or click the Course Title. There are usually two buttons: “Dentist: Register Online” and “Auxiliary: Register Online”, which will show different tuition rates accordingly.
  • Under the Registration page, you will see the course you have selected and the amount that you need to pay. You may also go back to “Calendar of Courses” and add more courses before you check out. When you are ready to check out, please fill in your contact information, then click “Register”.
  • Under the Order page, please fill in your credit card and billing information.
    Please note: If your billing address is different from the mailing address you enter under the Registration page, you need to provide the correct billing address here. Otherwise, your credit card may not go through.
  • Click the button “I Authorize This Transaction” and go to the Transaction Approval page. You will receive a 12-digit Reference # (example: V63A00000000) with your transaction information.
    Please note: If you get an error message, you may click Back button and check whether your credit card information or your billing address is correct.
  • Click the button “Get Registration Confirmation

Step 5: Get online confirmation letter

  • With your reference # and your email address, you will get your confirmation letter for the course(s) you registered, including all the participation information, i.e. check-in time & location, maps, parking, refund policies, etc. If you need more information, please call 213-821-2127. Please print out this page for your record and bring to check-in.
  • If you need to get your confirmation letter in the future, you may come back to the website, under “Calendar of Courses”, click “Get Online Confirmation Letter”.
